Cherries close to takeover deal

The pair are heading a consortium that has struck a deal with chairman and co-owner Paul Baker.Cherries chief executive Alastair Saverimutto told BBC Radio Solent: "I don't expect to be back at the club."The players need to be paid, and aside from that you've got other bills which need paying."Saverimutto had previously stated that he was in negotiations with a consortium based in the Middle East, but said the advantage of selling to Mostyn and Murry would be the speed in which the deal could be completed.He added: "The people I'm dealing with are out there, but that deal would take time and the club don't have that."
