Edwards targets strong finish

David Edwards has called for Wolves to end the season strongly and build on their strong defensive displays in the Premier League. With three games remaining, Wolves are three points clear of West Ham and a further three points ahead of Hull, who occupy the final place in the relegation zone.Wolves have been involved in three goalless draws in their last four games and midfielder Edwards believes further resilient performances should help in the fixtures with Blackburn, Portsmouth and Sunderland."If we're solid and always in the game then that's a big plus in the Premier League," he told the club's official website."The quality is so good that there's always the possibility of being 3-0 down at half-time and out of the game."So the longer you can stay in the game the more we know we've got a chance to go on and win it. We know we can create chances and if we've got that solid base, if we do get a goal it's usually enough to win the game."
