Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola says his side must buck up their ideas if they are to win trophies this season, branding the 5-1 win over Arsenal in midweek "a disaster".What may have seemed like another show of Bayern's superiority in recent years was not to the Catalan's liking, and he has warned that he expects improvements if they are to realise their season's ambitions."We needed to play the ball around more against Arsenal," he said.
