Keane hails improving Lennon

Robbie Keane has tipped Tottenham team-mate Aaron Lennon to break back into the England squad. Lennon has not figured for England since the appointment of Fabio Capello but he is pushing for a recall after a string of impressive performances at club level. He strengthened his case with another eye-catching display in the Carling Cup final on Sunday as Tottenham lost to Manchester United on penalties. Keane has been impressed by Lennon since returning to White Hart Lane at the end of the winter transfer window and feels the 21-year-old has improved as a player.Keane believes Lennon is a unique talent and should be a regular in the England squad."Aaron's been brilliant. I've always been an admirer of his style, from a long time ago," Keane said in the Daily Mirror."He was terrific against Man United and I don't think Patrice Evra has ever had a test like that."Since I got back to Tottenham, I've seen a more mature player."I don't see any reason why he shouldn't be in the England squad again - he should be in there anyway as you haven't another player like him."There are no other wingers who can beat people with his pace and change a game. Does anyone beat him in sprints in training? What do you think?"Keane boostLennon, meanwhile, has praised Keane for the impact he has had since joining Spurs from Liverpool.Harry Redknapp's side have eased their relegation worries with a series of good results in recent weeks and Lennon thinks Keane has helped to raise everyone's level."It's as if Robbie has never been away," said Lennon."He reads the game so well, he's always been good for me and he's brilliant for the club, both on the pitch and in the dressing room."He's a legend here and he's given everyone a boost."
