Manchester City to sign Hamburg defender Jerome Boateng

Manchester City are close to agreeing a deal to sign Jerome Boateng from Hamburg in the summerThe 21-year-old defender, who can operate across the back four, has been linked with a move to Eastlands for most of the season and, according to the Hamburger Abendblatt, will complete a move for around £11million.
