Skiverton ready for Glovers test

Skiverton told the Coca-Cola Football League podcast: "I might be available at the weekend but at the start of things I've had to step back a bit and sort of assess the club from inside to out and do all the pre-game stuff."It's quite difficult at the moment to combine the two so I've just been enjoying stepping back and getting stuck in with the tactical side of it and motivating the boys."There is a risk involved but for me challenges are all about risks and I don't think it's a worthwhile challenge if there's no risk."I've been a leader on the pitch and I'm not one to shirk responsibility so I feel that I could lead the team in another way and that's what I'm looking to do, to help move the club forward."
