Del Piero tells Chelsea it isn't over until the Old Lady sings

Frustration: Del Piero Alessandro Del Piero claims Juventus were unlucky to be beaten by Chelsea and promises an improved showing in Turin. The 34-year-old missed the visitors' best chance in Wednesday night's Champions League tie at Stamford Bridge shortly after Didier Drogba scored the winner. He was also encouraged by Pavel Nedved's injury-time effort which went agonisingly close to levelling the match for the Old Lady. Del Piero said: 'We were not satisfied with our performance and certainly not with the final result. 'We deserved at least a draw. However, we will work on the defeat and ensure we are better prepared for the return leg in Turin, where we will simply have to do more. 'Chelsea are a great team and they proved this last night. We have a large amount of respect for them but we are in a good position to progress from here. 'It was my first time at Stamford Bridge and I really enjoyed it. There was an excellent atmosphere and it was really good to play here.' Goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon echoed his captain's sentiments. He said: 'The reaction of the team to conceding such an early goal was good. If we manage to maintain pressure from the beginning of the second-leg match in two weeks then we can perform a miracle.'  Chelsea forward Kalou's bombshell: It would be a dream to play for ArsenalDrogba's back on top of the world, insists Chelsea team-mate LampardUnhappy coach Hiddink lays into underachieving Chelsea starsCHELSEA FC NEWS FROM ACROSS THE NET
