Ankle knock won't stop Doyle

Doyle had two penalty shouts turned down - the first of which resulted in the Republic of Ireland striker receiving treatment from the club's head of sports medicine Jon Fearn. He told the club's official website: "The sock was shredded open, it was a bad cut right on the knuckle of the ankle."It'll be annoying for a few weeks until it heals up but won't stop me playing."Fearny's been looking after it, it'll be well padded up and it'll be fine."I had strip stitches, the paper ones. It's fine unless the ball bobbles up onto it and it won't stop me. It's fine for running, no problem."
