Lions lose on-loan Vince for season

Pericard was stretchered off during the second half of the Lions' 3-1 win at Cheltenham Town on Tuesday night - only his second appearance for the club - and is believed to have ruptured his Achilles tendon. The 26-year-old will now return to the Britannia Stadium, with Millwall boss Kenny Jackett offering his sympathy to Pericard."He'll be out for the rest of the season and will go back to his club," said Jackett."It's so heartbreaking for the lad."The former Portsmouth forward only joined the Lions last week and made his debut in the 1-0 home defeat by Brighton & Hove Albion at the weekend. He had made eight appearances for Stoke this season and scored a rare goal in a Carling Cup tie against Reading back in September.
