Middlesbrough v WEST HAM: Collins sidelined as Neill returns for Hammers

West Hamdefender James Collins has a hamstring injury and will miss the FA Cup fifth-round replay against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.   Lucas Neill is back from suspension but Luis Boa Morte is out with a groin strain.  James Tomkins could step in for Collins, as he did at the weekend against Bolton.
