Bennett to reject Ireland chance

The centre-back is currently on loan at the League Two leaders and his contract at Reading expires in the summer.But Bennett insists he is staying in England and told the Hounslow Chronicle: "Playing in England is more appealing. There are more opportunities in the full-time game over here."The top five sides in Ireland would do well in League Two but I want to help Brentford to promotion and hopefully get something sorted here. We'll have to wait and see what happens."
