Hiddink hails resurgent Juve

Guus Hiddink has been impressed by Juventus in the UEFA Champions League this season and is expecting a difficult tie. Juventus were stripped of two Serie A titles in 2006 and relegated to the second tier as a punishment for their involvement in the Italian match-fixing scandal. They have bounced back impressively, qualifying for Europe's premier club competition and making it through to the last 16 as Group H winners ahead of Real Madrid.Claudio Ranieri's men are also second in the Serie A table and Hiddink realises they will provide a stern test to Chelsea in Wednesday's first leg at Stamford Bridge."Juventus have had their difficult recent past but they have come back into Serie A and are dominating, which is good," said the Blues boss."They are impressive in Europe with players who have played many years over there. So there is a lot of respect there."I met Claudio once or twice - he is a very decent and accessible person. That's the only thing I can say about him."Hiddink has had to learn about his Chelsea players quickly after replacing the sacked Luiz Felipe Scolari earlier this month but he has been helped by assistant boss Ray Wilkins."You know the bigger players, especially the ones who are dominating at international level," he said."But it's always important to know the less well-known players and their position in the squad as well."I get my information from Ray Wilkins, who is very well respected, and he has given me very good information about players who are less well known."
