The 29-year-old has followed in the footsteps of goalkeeper Alan Combe and striker Craig Bryson, who recently committed their futures to Rugby Park.Invincibile said: "My deal was up at the end of the season and after weighing up my options over the past few months, I decided I'm better where I am."I've been happy at Kilmarnock for six years and have a good relationship with the gaffer, so why leave?"Invincibile hopes to celebrate by knocking arch-rivals Ayr out of the Homecoming Scottish Cup on Thursday night, saying: "I also believe we have the strongest squad since I joined and that we have a real chance of finishing in the top four and going far in the Scottish Cup if we get past Ayr."The Australian added: "At the back of my head, I do have plans to go back home at some stage but who knows?"Football is a funny game and one day this contract may run out and I'll start thinking about a testimonial. Financially and from the prestige point of view, staying with one club for 10 years is a great idea."But who knows? The club might not even want me by then or I might not want to stay."Meanwhile, Killie have handed a trial to striker Laurent Merlin, 24, who began his career with Marseille and had a spell with Los Angeles outfit Chivas USA.
