Gray plays transfer waiting game

The Cobblers have been chasing various loan targets this week ahead of the clash with the Foxes at Sixfields this weekend.But Gray told the club's official website: "I am just waiting on several phone calls."Before the game on Tuesday I was confident that we would have someone in before Saturday."But that isn't going to happen this week now because a different player at his club has picked up an injury and he is now required by them."That is obviously a bit frustrating but injuries and suspensions are part of the game and we just have to get on with it."
