Gannon backs Pilkington to shine

Pilkington joined the Terriers on Friday for an undisclosed fee after two years at Edgeley Park.The attacking midfielder scored 16 goals in 77 appearances and had attracted interest from several clubs.Gannon said: "Anthony is a fantastically talented player and in the last few months he has really excelled."There has been a lot of interest from a lot of clubs, as he is a player who can play on either flank, is two-footed and scores goals."
