Williams keen on Wales run-out

The County shot-stopper, 21, is the only uncapped player named in John Toshack's squad to face the Poles in the Portuguese town of Vila Real St Antonio. The match is being staged on the Algarve because Poland are in warm-weather training there ahead of the World Cup qualifiers which follow their winter break.Fon Williams, who already has 11 Under-21 caps, told the Stockport Express: "If I do get onto the pitch that will be just a dream come true for me."I do set goals for myself, I have done throughout my career, and making it into the senior Welsh squad was one of the biggest."It's come a little early, but it just goes to show that I must be doing something right at Stockport."
