Revell injury blow for Shrimpers

The Shrimpers frontline was further depleted at Brisbane Road after striker Dougie Freedman was substituted after just 21 minutes due to a thigh injury. But there could be some good news for manager Steve Tilson as Anthony Grant looks set to be fit for Saturday's clash with Yeovil despite suffering a blow to the throat at Orient.Club physio John Stannard told the club's official website: "Scans have unfortunately confirmed Alex has broken his leg. He's having more tests done on Wednesday and then he will be operated on on Thursday."The surgeon will insert a metal plate into the leg and he's looking at six months before he's fully fit.On Freedman he added: "Fortunately it's the right thigh this time. But it's hard at this moment in time to put a time period on his recovery."
