Pearson still wants improvement

Goals from Matt Fryatt, Andy King, Tom Cleverley and Steve Howard put the Foxes firmly in command after 52 minutes before Dwayne Mattis netted a consolation for the hosts."It is important that we try and maintain these standards and look to improve them every time that we play," said Pearson."We knew that there were a number of games in the division that had been postponed so this game gave us the opportunity to put more pressure on our opponents."I thought that we played very well. It was a very good performance and all aspects of our game were pleasing. It would have been nice to keep a clean sheet but we couldn't quite see it out."Pearson also had a word of praise for the 2,000-strong travelling City supporters, he added: "To get a following like that is great. I know it would have been difficult for them to travel to the game (given the weather conditions). They really do make a difference."
