Sturrock wants home comforts

The Pilgrims have only won five of their 14 Championship games at Home Park this season and are without a victory in their last seven games. However Sturrock has been buoyed by draws at Ipswich and Preston in the last week and is hopeful his players can replicate their away performances at home."If we could nick the three points on Saturday, it would be the icing on the cake after our two draws this week. But we are fighting a lot of things at this minute," Sturrock told The Herald."We are fighting an apprehensive crowd - quite rightly an apprehensive crowd - due to the lack of results at home. We are fighting the minds of the players, and we are fighting an opposition."It's hard enough fighting an opposition, so we have got to try to settle ourselves down, be very positive in our approach and get in the right areas of the pitch."
