Ben-Haim ready for debut

Sunderland defender Tal Ben-Haim is looking forward to the challenge of facing Arsenal on Saturday. The Israel international joined the Black Cats on loan from Manchester City during the transfer window but he has yet to make an appearance for his new club. However, he could make his debut at Emirates Stadium as regular right-back Phil Bardsley is suspended.Ben-Haim insists he is ready for action after completing 90 minutes for his country in a friendly against Hungary last week. The versatile 26-year-old is confident Sunderland can build on some good recent results by turning in another solid performance at Arsenal."That game (against Hungary) went well and I feel in good shape. I'm happy to be here and I look forward to playing," Ben-Haim said in the Daily Mirror."I have settled in quickly and think the team is going in the right direction. - hopefully we can continue that at Arsenal."Of course, it's a difficult game but you never know in football. We will give it our best shot."
