Hornets waiting on injured pair

Skipper DeMerit missed Sunday's defeat at Cardiff with a back injury and Arsenal loanee Lansbury is struggling with a hip problem, with both players set to be assessed prior to kick-off.Adrian Mariappa was shifted from right-back to the centre of defence at the weekend in place of DeMerit, with Lee Hodson recalled to the back four.Ross Jenkins will be on standby to start in midfield if Lansbury is ruled out.Will Buckley, the January signing from Rochdale, made his belated debut as a substitute in Cardiff after a thigh injury and should be involved again.The Hornets are looking to end a winless run on the road stretching back to October.
