The 20-year-old is currently on the books of Kalmar FF in his homeland. The talented midfielder has forced his way into international reckoning this year and bagged his first goal for his country in Wednesday's 2-0 victory over Austria. That display has once again brought him to the attention of clubs in Europe's top divisions, with Kalmar aware of the mounting interest in their promising youngster."We know that a number of teams are interested in Rasmus," Kalmar's sporting director, Svante Samuelsson, told Expressen."But except from Fulham, there have been no serious enquiries."While Kalmar face a battle to retain the services of their prized asset, Elm has revealed that he would be willing to sign a new contract with the club."Right now it looks that like could happen, but it's hard to say," said Elm."We will talk about it when I return to training."
