St Pauli seek Hoilett stay

German second division side St Pauli are keen to reach an agreement with Blackburn's David Hoilett. The youngster is currently on a season-long loan in Germany and has greatly impressed during his brief spell with the Hamburg-based club.The Canadian teenager enjoyed a similar spell at SC Paderborn last term, before moving on to St Pauli over the summer.Hoilett has gone on to feature in 16 of St Pauli's 19 league games this season, scoring one goal.Now the club's director Helmut Schulte has revealed that he is hoping to strike a deal with Blackburn which will allow the 18-year-old forward to remain in Germany for the foreseeable future."We are still positive," he told Hamburger Abendblatt."We are in touch with Blackburn Rovers concerning David's future."
