Portsmouth chief executive Peter Storrie is questioned on 'tax issue'

Facing up: Peter Storrie has been re-arrested Portsmouthexecutive chairman Peter Storrie has been re-arrested as part of the probe into alleged football corruption, the club confirmed.Storrie, who was arrested in November 2007 on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and false accounting, was questioned on a "tax issue" in London on Friday but denies any wrong-doing and was not charged, the spokesman said.The spokesman added: "Peter Storrie yesterday attended Bishopsgate police station to answer to bail in furtherance of his arrest in 2007. Mr Storrie has been fully co-operative throughout police investigations which did not involve allegations of corruption or bungs.
