Cahill boost for Bolton as defender is lined up for reserves clash with City

Recovery: Cahill is set to return to actionBolton defender Gary Cahill will make his comeback from a blood clot in his arm in the reserves' game against Manchester City at the Reebok Stadium on Monday night.   The centre-back has not played a competitive match since January 30 after he was diagnosed with the problem, which was initially feared would keep him out for the season.   However, those fears were quickly allayed after further examination and the 24-year-old's recovery has been so quick he was an unused substitute for Saturday's defeat at Everton.   Cahill is joined in the side by fellow first-team squad members Ali-Al Habsi, Mark Davies, Danny Shittu and Ricardo Vaz Te.   Everton 2 Bolton 0: Neville refuses to give up on World Cup dreamGraham Poll: Invisible assistants leave men in the middle exposedGARY LINEKER: Sport Relief proves footballers DO have a heart.MANCHESTER CITY FC
