Harry - We need to toughen up

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has admitted his side need to toughen up if they are to climb away from trouble at the wrong end of the table. Spurs go into Sunday's North London derby with Arsenal, live on Sky Sports 1, just a point above the drop zone.Redknapp concedes his side are in a relegation scrap and he has called on his players to stand up to the challenge of securing Premier League survival."We need to realise that it's all about winning. It's not about being able to play when things are going well," Redknapp told The Times."It's about digging in when things are a bit tougher. They're not a bad bunch of boys. I just feel that it's a club that, if you like, needs toughening up somewhere. I've let them know that after certain games recently. "Before that, I had done nothing but keep praising them and telling them how good they are, but you can't keep doing that. "You can't keep saying, 'Well done, well done' when you keep getting beat. There comes a time where you have to say certain things."
