Tigers cautious with Bullard

Hull City are expected to rest Jimmy Bullard for their FA Cup clash with Sheffield United on Saturday. The Tigers are unwilling to risk their record signing while he struggles with a knee problem. The midfielder has been advised that he will not require surgery on the injury, but he has been unable to take part in full training this week.Phil Brown is relieved to have been given positive news regarding Bullard's current predicament, but insists he will not rush the 30-year-old back into action."Jimmy's fine, he's a little bit sheepish at the moment as you would imagine, but he's always great to have around," Brown told the Hull Daily Mail."He's still a little weary but we've had assurances now that the injury is stable."We'll just continue to take it session by session and handle the situation as we go."
