Kapo keen to end nightmare

Olivier Kapo has confirmed his current spell with Wigan Athletic is the lowest point of his footballing career. Manager Steve Bruce brought the Ivorian winger to The JJB from Birmingham for £3.5million last summer.Kapo has made seven Premier League starts for The Latics, but the recent acquisition of Charles N'Zogbia has pushed him further down the club's pecking order. The 28-year-old now admits he is not happy at the club and that he missed out on a recent move to Everton due to unfounded rumours that he is a party animal.Never felt good"I have never felt good at Wigan," he conceded. "I am going through the worst spell of my career."I'm not getting game, and the worst part of it is that I'm being judged not on my footballing abilities, but on hearsay."I almost signed a deal with Everton, but it fell through at the last minute because people spoke about me and sullied my name."I would love to go out on loan now in order to play matches."
