Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has spoken of how his 'heart sank' when Mark Davies joined Bolton. The 20-year-old had enjoyed a superb run of form during the first half of the season, especially during a two-month loan spell with Leicester. However, his performances had not gone unnoticed and Bolton captured him for an undisclosed fee towards the end of the January transfer window.Moxey admits he was disappointed to lose the highly-rated midfielder so early in his career."We're very, very sorry to see him go," he told the club's official website."Many people said 'eyebrows were raised', well, as the eyebrows were raised my heart sank when the deal was finally done because we didn't want Mark to go."
