Holloway: Tangerines must refocus

The Seasiders have spent the majority of the campaign hovering around the play-off zone but they have surrendered vital ground in their last two matches.Holloway's men go into Saturday's home game against Crystal Palace on the back of successive defeats against West Brom and Sheffield United. After Tuesday's resounding 3-0 defeat at Bramall Lane, Holloway said: "It looked like my players started to think about the results and where we might end up and you cannot do that."That is not their job. It is the job of the fans to look at results and tables."We've got to keep producing what we do week in, week out."After successive defeats at the hands of West Brom and Sheffield United, the Seasiders are desperate to return to winning ways and keep their play-off hopes alive.Yet Holloway has warned his players there must be no repeat of the defensive lapses which saw them ship six goals in their last two outings."If we keep letting three goals in like we have in the last two games we won't have a chance," said Holloway."You have to go through the process of playing, that is all that matters, and you find out how good you are at the end of the season."
