Gradi: Donaldson made a difference

Gradi moved the forward out wide following an early substitution but shifted him back into the middle and was rewarded with a late equaliser. He said: "When I took Calvin Zola off and put Clayton back up front, I thought it paid dividends and really we should have won the game - and we would have done if we converted the penalty."Shaun (Miller) is the designated penalty taker and he is the goalscorer. He is a proven scorer and I am sure he will take the next one."Gradi added: "I don't know how many free-kicks we had but we really don't look dangerous from them at all and they should be such an asset for us. I have just got to keep working at that."Every point helps. It doesn't help us if we want to get to the top, into the play off places, but it does help us if we want to become a decent team. The run will have to look after itself now. We are going to be quite a few points off the play-offs. It's still possible."
