Parry states case for defence

Rovers had full-back Zoumana Bakayogo sent off for a second bookable foul in injury-time but even that could not dampen the enthusiasm of Parry, who revealed he was confident that his side would not concede."It was a fantastic result for us against a decent side who have been in good form," he said. "It was a bit like the Alamo in the second half and I lost count of how many corners Bristol had."But our centre-backs Ian Goodison and Chris McCready kept heading them away and our goalkeeper didn't have to make too many saves."I knew Zoumana was going to be red-carded when he made that challenge late in the game. He never makes bad tackles, but can sometimes be guilty of awkward ones."We were running on empty in the second half after some tough games recently. But I never felt we were going to concede and that's why I didn't make any substitutions."
