Lee living the dream at Cheltenham

The 18-year-old, who was spotted playing Sunday League football two years ago, was offered professional terms this week having made his first team debut against Yeovil in April 2009.Lee's time at Cheltenham has been disrupted by injuries, most notably when he lost more than a stone in weight suffering with a stomach gland problem which required surgery, however he is confident he will be match-fit for next season. He told the Gloucester Citizen: "It is a dream for me to progress from Sunday League to professional football and it shows that whatever level you are playing at, you never know who is watching."I can barely comprehend it myself, but I have given it my all and hopefully more of my goals will come along in the future."I lost a stone with my illness, but I have managed to put it back on by eating a lot. I could still do with adding another stone or two ready for next season and I am doing as much as I can to improve."
