Blake makes lifestyle adjustments

The 21-year-old midfielder was sent out on loan to Plymouth earlier in the season and he admits that spell acted as a wake-up call and he is determined to improve every aspect of his game.Blake has already showed plenty of encouraging signs and his recent performance in Saturday's 1-0 win over Middlesbrough earned big praise from manager Dave Jones. He told the club's official website: "When I wasn't playing, my lifestyle off the pitch wasn't too good, and obviously, if it wasn't too good there, it wasn't too good here in training and on the pitch. "I've gone away, sorted that out, come back, kept it going and I'm feeling fit, fresh and ready to go."It's brilliant to be back here as part of the Cardiff City set-up. My time at Plymouth was good as well and I've come back a better player. I didn't have many games there, but my attitude has changed and everything is going right."I've spoken to the manager about timekeeping and diet and about how little things can make a big difference, and now I realise what I have to do."
