Manchester United will be without Anderson for around six months after the midfielder had an operation on his knee.The Brazilian ruptured his cruciate ligament during the 3-0 win over West Ham last month and went under the knife in Portugal.He is expected to be released from hospital tomorrow (Tuesday).Portugese specialist Jose Carlos Noronha said: 'The operation was a success and without any complications.
