Swansea have "parted company" with manager Michael Laudrup.Veteran defender Garry Monk and first-team coach Alan Curtis are to take charge of first-team affairs, the Barclays Premier League club have announced.Laudrup had been under increasing pressure with the team winning just one of their last 10 league matches.
