Pearson hopes for more away cheer

Pearson has praised the Foxes for drawing on "a cow field" at the weekend, his side holding Plymouth Argyle 1-1 at Home Park to remain sixth in the table. They have games in hand over the teams chasing them for a play-off place, and one of them comes on Tuesday night as they tackle Doncaster at the Keepmoat Stadium.Initially scheduled for December 28, the game was postponed due to a frozen pitch.Snow has become the latest threat to the fixture, and on Monday Doncaster were appealing for fans to come down to the stadium, ideally with a shovel, to assist groundstaff in clearing the pitch. There may therefore be another difficult surface awaiting the Foxes on Tuesday night, but after their experience in Devon, Pearson's side should be prepared.Reflecting on the weekend's clash, Pearson said: "It was the sort of game we would like to be winning but it was very difficult on an awful pitch."We did defend well and had a bit of luck from some rebounds but that is how it goes."What we have to do is build on the positives."We showed a lot of commitment and drive."Doncaster were disappointed to lose to QPR on Saturday, having strung together wins over Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday since they drew against Tuesday's opponents on February 9.They occupy a mid-table position, well clear of the relegation zone but unlikely to have any interest in the race for play-off places. Doncaster 6/4, Leicester 15/8, Draw 9/4
