Tilson frustrated by poor finishing

Mark Carrington's double and Andros Townsend's tap-in ensured a fourth straight defeat on the road for the lowly Shrimpers, who grabbed a late consolation through substitute Matt Paterson.Tilson said: "In the first half we could have been out of sight - we had six chances but you've got to put them away."We didn't do that in this game and we've been punished for it. But that's the way it has gone of late. Probably over the 90 minutes we've had seven good chances - they've put theirs away and we haven't."The goals we conceded were disappointing because two of them were on the break."It's really tight at the bottom, with 15 games to go any four could go down, but it's in our hands."
