Midfielder set for Orient recall

Winger Nicky Adams was this week recalled by Leicester after a successful six-game loan spell during which the O's were unbeaten.Jimmy Smith could therefore earn a recall in midfield with Adrian Patulea added to the matchday squad.There will be a further change on the bench after defender Matthew Briggs' loan spell from Fulham came to an end, so Luke Ashworth will probably return among the substitutes.Williams has no fresh injury worries to contend with and will otherwise stick with the side which came so close to beating Leeds until they conceded an injury-time equaliser last weekend.
