Cardiff in for Jefferson Montero

Malky keen to sign Ecuador winger from Mexican side Morelia. Montero has been linked with City earlier this summer but all hopes of a deal seemed to have faded. But now there are reports that a £3m move for the 23 year old might be back on. It's claimed Montero is sorting a visa to come to the UK for a medical.
