Court short: Sulaiman Al FahimPortsmouth sent documentary evidence to the High Court in a bid to avoid liquidation just as major shareholder Sulaiman Al Fahim was fighting another court's warrant for his arrest. The High Court, which last week heard Pompey were trading insolvently, will make a decision about winding them up on March 1 once they have examined the club's latest set of figures. Non-executive chairman Al Fahim, who still has a 10 per cent stake, denies being involved in a Dubai property scam.Milan Mandaric believes the owners who have overseen the club's plight this season have 'no business in football'.The ex-Pompey chief insisted: 'I sold it to a proper owner - Sacha Gaydamak,' said Mandaric. 'He decided to go in a different direction to me and go steps further.
