McIntyre rejoins Falkirk board

McIntyre was part of the consortium which rescued the club from liquidation in 1998 and was chairman from June that year until May 1999 before stepping down for health reasons.He stayed on as a director until 2001 and has since remained a major shareholder as well as continuing to work behind the scenes.Paterson joined the board in 2002 to assist in the financial and business management of the club, while Crosthwaite became a director in 2004 to assist in the development of the Bairns' sales and marketing strategy.The club said in a statement on their official website: "The board would like to thank Douglas and Roger for all their contributions to the club during one of the club's most successful periods."
