Aberdeen Kick Off Fans Fitness Programme

Men's health and wellbeing programme Football Fans In Training is set to start up again at the beginning of February. FFIT is a 12 week programme commencing Tuesday 5 February aimed at getting men involved with the club and helping them live a healthier and more active life. The free weekly sessions at Pittodrie are split between classroom health education and physical activity training; all sessions are delivered by AFC Coaches. Aberdeen boss Craig Brown said: "One of our priorities at Aberdeen FC is the health and wellbeing of our faithful supporters. We welcome the opportunity to enhance the lifestyles of the Dons fans through Aberdeen FFIT 2013."
