The Official Liverpool Football Club Twitter Account earlier confirmed that Liverpool Football Club have allowed Joe Cole to return to his boyhood club West Ham on a free transfer. After struggling to make a major impact with the Reds, and a season-long loan at Lille, Joe Cole and Brendan Rodgers have put an end to his spell at Liverpool.
