Jennings continues goalscoring run

Scunthorpe striker Connor Jennings made it six goals in eight games for loan club Stockport on New Year's Day. Jennings, who signed for an undisclosed fee from Staylbridge Celtic in the summer failed to impress earlier in the season before making the move to the Conference club. The 21-year-old scored a second-half header to secure a 1-0 victory at Hyde United. Scunthorpe have a 24-hour recall on the striker. Goalkeeper James Severn and defender Callum Howe are back at the club following the end of their loan spells at Tamworth and Bradford Park Avenue respectively. Source: Iron-Bru.net
