Back Down To Eleventh

League One Round Up Coventry City's 1-0 home defeat to Shrewsbury Town means the Sky Blues have dropped back down to eleventh in the League One table. This was the first time that a City side managed by Mark Robins had failed to score in a game and means that City are six points if you take into account goal difference, a place in the play-offs and fourteen points behind leaders Tranmere Rovers who won 1-0 at Bury. A 2-2 draw for Sheffield United at third placed Doncaster Rovers sees them second with Brentford who drew 0-0 with Bournemouth fourth, Swindon who thrashed Portsmouth 5-0 fifth and MK Dons who won 2-1 at Notts County sixth. The bottom four is a case of as you were, with Hartlepool stil rock bottom after a home 1-0 defeat to Preston North End, Scunthorpe who drew 2-2 with Oldham, second bottom ahead of Bury and Portsmouth. Elsewhere, Crawley beat Colchester 3-0, Crewe beat Carlisle 1-0, Walsall beat Stevenage 1-0 and Yeovil beat Leyton Orient 3-0.  Source: Coventry MAD
