Bizarre Toon Bid?
Molde forward Jo Inge Berget says he is unaware of any interest from Newcastle United . BUT . . his agent has revealed he HAS been in touch with the club. Speculation suggests the Norway international is on the Alan Pardew's transfer wishlist for January. Jo Inge Berget: "I don't know any more than what is written on the internet. I haven't heard from Newcastle or know of any interest." However his agent, Jim Solbakken: "I have been in touch with Newcastle for many reasons, (including) regarding forwards. But I don't want to tell if we have discussed Jo Inge."
