Bruce sweating on Benjani loan deal as 'broken internet' claims are probed

Sunderland will discover today whether Benjani's loan move from Manchester City will be permitted by the FA and Premier League after they failed to meet Monday's 5pm deadline. The Wearside club must provide documentary evidence that their internet provider broke down in the dying hours of transfer deadline day after Benjani's registration and medical documents failed to reach Soho Square in time.
