Gulls boss hoping for Thomson stay

Thomson completed a successful three-month loan stint at Plainmoor following Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Barnet and Buckle is now hoping the deal will be extended until the end of the campaign.He said: "I have spoken to Jake and he wants to stay, now he is back speaking to Southampton boss Alan Pardew."I have spoken to Alan, so now it's a case of just waiting on the outcome."
