Boothroyd hails strong U's display

Kevin Lisbie opened the scoring with a neat finish and David Prutton, on loan from Leeds, struck a superb debut goal midway through the second half to seal victory over the 10-man Dons.Boothroyd said: "I was worried about this game because MK Dons are a good side with some good players that can change things on the day."But credit to our players, particularly the ones that came in. We were strong and solid and we did what we had to do."It was a good finish by Kevin because he was moving backwards when he hit it. It was a really good goal and we had a little period where we maybe could have got more."It was a tremendous strike (by Prutton) and I don't think many goalkeepers would have got that. It was a nice way for him to introduce himself to the crowd."
